Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with Pacific India Tour. A contract exist between us when we confirm your tour/travel/hotel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Deposit

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 20 to 30% of total cost is to be paid by you to our company. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmation basis.

Balance Payment

Balance payment is to be made during the tour in Agra by cash or any other mode.

Payments

All payments are to be made in name of Pacific India Tour

Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

• 1) By bank transfer to our bank (Bank Detail will send)
• 2) By online payment gateway system through Visa/ Master/ Maestro/ Rupay Card.
• 3) In case of online payment through Debit/ Credit Card, the bank charges (2.5% extra) – would be levied over and above the paid amount.

Amendments

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment/ administration charges.

Cancellation Policies:

If the event of any cancellation demanded by the customer the following cancellation rates apply.

• 1) 90 days prior to arrival - 20% of the advance deposited.
• 2) Between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival – 75% Percent of advance deposited.
• 3) Between 60 Days to 30 days prior to arrival – 100% of the advance deposited.
• 4) Between 30 days to 7 day prior to arrival – 60% of the total tour amount.
• 5) 7 Days prior to arrival – No Refund.

Note:- Flight ticket – We are not dealing in flight and train ticket (Book by yourself).

Privacy Policy

Pacific India Tour is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you provide unique identifying information, such as name, address and other information to us, such information may be used for internal record keeping, various statistical and other purposes.

We or any of our partners/ affiliate/ group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products / services that we believe may benefit you. From time to time, we may contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.
